Meet the founder

Ming Ting-Little, the founder of LuxEducation, has extensive experience in the Vocational Training and Business Services industry, providing workplace training and assessment for over 15 years, and has held roles including CEO and Senior Management positions.

 

Ming prides himself on offering premium tailored training solutions, with exceptional levels of client management, to achieve enjoyable positive learning outcomes for all participants. As well as industry currency, Ming is qualified in Training and Assessment, Leadership and Management, Vocational Education and Training, Training Design and Development as well as holds a MBA in Professional Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

In his spare time Ming is a big advocate of the importance of being part of his local community. He has been a part of Coogee United Football Club for 20 years, where he coaches the all age Saturday 1s squad and also plays outfield in many of the other mens teams. He is passionate about sport, training in Kung fu for over 12 years and more recently taking on the art of boxing for just over 2 years.

Administration Manager, LuxEducation

Sue Sheppard

Sue Sheppard brings over 30 years of administrative expertise across various sectors, including Hospitality, Advertising, Market Research, Aged Care, and Training.

 

She joined Lux Education in mid-2021 after six years with St Basil’s Homes NSW, where she started on the commissioning team and later served in leadership roles, focusing on administration and family liaison for residential and retirement care.

​

Sue holds a Diploma of Counselling, a Certificate III in Aged Care, and both Certificate III and IV in Business. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, trekking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

​

Sue always has a can-do attitude and all our clients are a big fan of how responsive and caring she is for all clients' needs.

Facilitator

Suzy Berry

Suzy Berry specialises in promoting individual and company behavioural change through training, one on one coaching, keynote speaking and facilitation of conferences, strategic forums and meetings.

 

She has over 25 years commercial experience, within a strong sales and customer service orientated background, focused on delivering profit in competitive environments and delivering a consistent exemplary level of relationship based service.

 

Having run multi million dollar accounts and sales teams, she appreciates the importance of outcome focused interactions and tailors her delivery to the client’s brief. She has set up and ran her own successful boutique real estate business and now focuses full time on helping others to achieve their full potential.

 

Suzy has trained thousands of people across all differing businesses, cultures, demographics and experience levels in the UK and Australia. Recent clients include Qantas, Australian Radio Network, Toyota, Edwards Life Sciences and Zendesk.

​

Her presentation style is energetic, fun, enthusiastic, dynamic, experiential and inclusive.

Facilitator | IT and Business Professional

Steven Traurig

Steven Traurig is a seasoned IT and business professional with over 30 years’ experience, always keeping one foot in IT, one foot in business and both eyes on the customer throughout his career in order to produce business-forward holistic results. 

 

As a co-founder of Booktopia, Australia's largest online bookstore from its $10/day inception to becoming an iconic ASX-listed brand at $150m, Steve guided the company as its first Chief Information Officer through to various executive management and Steering Committee roles.

 

In the last 9 years, he developed Booktopia's Risk Management programs and Cybersecurity Governance programs as its Chief Commercial Officer in both private and listed environments. He also conducted the due diligence and governance processes on two IPO's and several business acquisitions. 

 

Steve currently provides consulting and advisory services in the risk and cybersecurity fields, as well as CEO mentoring and guest speaking.

​

Steve loves being involved in the community and in his spare time he plays in a local community jazz big band.  He is also a parkrun tragic (www.parkrun.com.au) and can be found almost every Saturday morning either participating or volunteering in the 5km parkrun somewhere in Australia or around the world.

Louise Stuart

Louise Stuart is an experienced Strategic HR Executive known for transformative leadership combining deep people insights with business acumen to create strategic frameworks that drive meaningful change. She is experienced in running graduate programs and specialises in maximising generative AI to deliver customised, high-impact solutions, Louise empowers clients to unlock new levels of capability.

With degrees in Business Administration, Adult Learning, and Psychology, Louise brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work, seamlessly integrating business strategy with an understanding of human behaviour and effective learning methodologies. Her academic foundation paired with 25yrs of corporate experience enables her to design and deliver tailored solutions that enhance organisational performance while supporting individual growth and development.

As an accredited Executive Coach, Louise specialises in strengths-based coaching, personality profiling tools, team building, and leadership development. She is passionate about empowering leaders and teams to achieve their full potential through practical, results-driven strategies that foster collaboration, resilience, and lasting success.

Louise lives with her husband on a picturesque 53-acre farm, where they are restoring a charming 75-year-old cottage. Surrounded by a menagerie of animals, she finds joy in the peacefulness of country life and the rewarding challenges of farm living. In her spare time, Louise enjoys exploring creative projects, tending to her animals, and embracing the balance between her professional pursuits and her love for nature and heritage restoration.

Facilitator | Instructional Designer | AI Solution Architect

Sandra Lunn

Sandra Lunn is a learning and development consultant and specialist educator with over 27 years of experience. Her expertise spans instructional design, facilitation and integrating AI solutions to address organisational challenges. Sandra works with clients to transform both face-to-face and digital content, providing scalable and innovative learning solutions that engage global audiences across industries.
 

As a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Facilitator, Sandra designs and delivers workshops focused on team development, creative problem solving, strategy and innovation. These interactive sessions help participants think through complex issues using this hands-on method to foster collaboration and effective communication.
 

Sandra’s work extends into AI-powered solutions, where she utilises generative AI to enhance learning platforms and improve problem solving capabilities for organisations, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of workforce development needs.

Facilitator

Wendy Jocum

Wendy Jocum has over 32 years experience in the field of Human Resources (HR), Learning and Development (L&D), Organisational Development (OD), training, coaching, consulting, assessment and facilitation. Wendy is passionate about people development and implementing effective people management strategies, through developing individuals and teams. 

​

She has extensive experience having worked across a wide range of organisations (in South Africa and Australia since 2001), as a consultant and in internal HR, L&D, OD roles. Sectors covered include start-ups, corporate (covering multiple industries), public sector/Government departments, academic institutions and registered training organisations.

 

Her experience in the organisational psychology space, combined with expertise in coaching, interpersonal, facilitation and training skills, enabled her to contribute positive learning opportunities for participants, clients, teams and organisations.

 

Wendy's purpose is for people to achieve their potential, while enhancing individual, team and organisational performance.

Wendy is an advocate of lifelong learning, enjoys all self development - courses, books, podcasts and TED talks!  She loves spending time with her family, dogs, friends and doing beach walks.

Cate Sefton

With over twenty years experience in spearheading local and global marketing initiatives across Over the Counter (OTC), Alcohol and FMCG brands, Cate Sefton is both a passionate marketer and a strong developer of teams. 

With expertise in strategy to drive growth, portfolio optimisation and development of End-to-End Marketing plans based on clear consumer understanding, Cate has delivered several innovations to market including Sensodyne Sensitivity & Gum, Advil Liquid Caps and the global development of Children's Panadol upgrades all while ensuring she drove capability and operational excellence within herself and her team. Continuous improvement is core to her beliefs, and she has used that philosophy to grow herself and others.  This has seen her develop and deliver several training programs for businesses she worked for including Culture of Accountability, Strategy Development, Wargaming and Unlocking innovation. 

While Cate is a passionate marketer, she is more passionate about developing talent to their full potential, watching them grow and fulfil their ambition. In her personal time, Cate coaches an under 12s netball team to further enhance her skills in development of others and to encourage young girls to believe in themselves and their endless ability to grow.
